GFA 108

These machines serve for secure and exact filling of Insulation glass with special dimensions from any size.

It is suitable for any inert gas or gas compounds. The gasflow is 8.5 l/min with argon, it can be adjusted for other gases. There is no surface distortion of the glass at this speed of the filling from experience.

The sonic measurement of the sensor is independant to enviromental properties like temperature and humidity. On every start, there is an auto calibration. The sensor has a very long standing time.

All the parts are from high quality producers, and we can offer a high quality of the filling and keep the gas loss very low. This is especially important for fillings of krypton and xenon.

This basic version is working with one channel. An option is to enhance the machine with an intern gas mixing unit. The unit cannot be adjusted externally to follow the ISO:9001 policy.
